My experience with Nick went very smooth. Even after a small hiccup with a deposit I put down, and not knowing if the motorcycle would be ready to drive off until the following Monday. I then received a message later that day that it was up and running ready to be picked up. All in all more than satisfied with the aforementioned sales and service from GT Toys.

I recently visited the store to purchase a pit bike for an event happening that same day. As soon as my son and I entered, we were promptly greeted and directed to Dave. Dave was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in our reason for buying the bike. Despite being pressed for time, he immediately coordinated with the service team, who assured us they could meet our deadline. A big thank you to the helpful service technician who made it all possible! At the end of our visit, Dave took a picture with my son and the bike and introduced us to Jake, who also played a crucial role in making everything run smoothly. I regret not remembering everyone's names, but everyone we interacted with, including the gentleman at the counter, was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Thank you, GT Toyz! Above & Beyond!

Would definitely buy from here again. Everyone we met went out of their way to get the deal done. We've bought from other (large) dealerships and always had some sort of issue - whether it be a last minute price change, poor service department, etc. etc. Our experience with Greg and his staff has been nothing but great. We ordered a Pontoon boat shortly before COVID hit and manufacturing in Michigan shut down. We figured we would't see our boat until late summer. But Greg pushed us through and kept us informed every step of the way. We had planned on financing through our local lender, but when they couldn't get the job done in time, Greg's finance team made it happen at a better rate. All in all it was a great experience, would happily refer and recommend GT Toyz.

Pour the Champagne!

Visited in January to look at pontoon boats. Found the Avalon make to be a good fit for us. Spent the next two weeks customizing the 2185 CRII that we ordered in early Feb. Greg was awesome in helping with selecting options for the boat. Boat was built and delivered on time. Greg invited us up to watch it get crane lifted off of the 18 wheeler from Michigan. Once it was lowered to my Load Rite trailer they prepped it. He then asked us to come down and water test the boat. We went out and Greg taught us how to drive and trailer the boat. Kristen hooked us up with a next to nothing % financing and we took delivery. Our experience was beyond awesome. If you are in the market for a pontoon boat these folks are genuine and deliver quality customer service. Thanks to Greg and Kristen. We appreciate the champagne!!!

Worth the Drive! 2 Thumbs Up!

I had the good fortune to meet the people at GT Toyz, today! For the past two months I have been reaching out to various Yamaha dealerships in NY, CT, VT and NH. Apparently the 2021 Yamaha inventory is very scarce. To assure a spot on any list, I made a small deposit to hold a spot. Waiting time was said to be 6 weeks to next Feb. 2021.To my delight. Johnny Torre phoned me to say GT Toyz just received the bike I have been looking for. I was stunned the bike I wanted was available! The problem was price. With my previous deposit at another dealership, I was assured an awesome price. I told Johnny the price and he stated he couldnt match the price. I said I was grateful for the call and we parted ways. A few hours later, he phoned to discuss the bike. Apparently he discussed our conversation with the owner of GT Toyz, Greg Goldstein. Greg stepped up and authorized a deal BETTER than what I had been offered. An agreement was made and after two hours of driving this morning, my son and I were the proud owners of the coveted and elusive 2021 Yamaha YZ250F!

During the final paperwork, we had the pleasure of meeting Johnny and Greg. Their customer service was second to none! I do not think they could have been any friendlier. Though we had to drive almost two hours to get there, it was well worth it. We couldnt be happier! We will be customers of GT Toyz for many years to come. Thanks! Thumbs up!

What an Experience!

We are very pleased with the service and attention that we received from Gt Toyz. We special ordered a trailer to tow a motorcycle to Bike Week in Daytona. The salesperson Johnny Torre went above and beyond making sure our trip happened. He was on top of our order and even though there were some delays Johnny made sure we got our trailer in time to make our plans. Johnny called us frequently to update us on the status of our trailer. He even called to make sure we made it to Florida and to ensure we didnt have any towing issues. We highly recommend this business and Johnny. We are very very pleased with everything.
